I have an enquiry about my residential listing on the White Pages. Who can I speak to?

For all residential listing enquiries, such as:

  1. making changes
  2. appearing on the White Pages
  3. wanting to list on the White Pages
  4. remove listing / delisting
  5. arranging a silent number
  6. suppressing your details

you will need to contact your landline or mobile phone service provider (depending on the number your request is associated with).

Unfortunately, White Pages cannot make changes to residential contact information without the advice of your telecoms service provider. They must send us your request before we can action it.

Below is a list of contact numbers that may contain your phone carrier details:

Telstra – 13 22 00

Optus – 133 937

iiNet – 13 22 58

AAPT – 1300 786 786

Dodo – 13 36 36

iPrimus – 1300 85 44 85

TPG – 13 14 23

To have a residential listing removed from the White Pages, you will need to arrange a silent line with your telecoms service provider. Your request will be sent to us and we’ll ensure it’s implemented correctly (i.e. that your listing be changed from a published line to a silent line).

How does White Pages manage my residential listing information?

Sometimes we are asked how we manage the data we have – as in your contact details – sent to us by telecommunications service providers for publication. White Pages adheres to the Privacy and Telecommunications Acts, and do our utmost to protect personal information.
