View your products

How can I view the status of my products?

A status will be assigned to each product you have with White Pages. The status of your product tell you if your advertisement is eligible to appear on the White Pages.

There are three possible product statuses: In Progress, Live and Cancelled.

In Progress: Your product is currently being created.
Cancelled: Your product has been permanently cancelled.
Live: Your product is active and your advertisement is appearing on White Pages.

How can I view my contract details?

Your contract details would have been sent to you in an email when you originally signed up with us.

If you have misplaced it, please Contact Support. Alternatively, you might find the information you are looking for on our Customer Terms page.

How can I view my advertisement proofs?

Your proofs will be emailed to you once they are prepared. Make sure your contact details are up to date in My Profile so they arrive safely in your inbox.

I would like to make changes to my advertisement proofs. How can I do this?

You can make changes to your advertisement by adding or editing existing items. Simply request a change by clicking here.

We will make every effort to respond to you within one business day.
