White Pages Connect Service Areas

What are Service Areas?

The Service Areas feature in White Pages Connect links with Google My Business (GMB), meaning service areas in GMB can be managed directly within White Pages Connect.

The service area feature is designed for businesses who visit or deliver to local customers.

Note: Service Areas added in White Pages Connect will only publish for verified and connected Google My Business locations.

What are the benefits of having Service Areas?

There are many benefits to adding service areas in White Pages Connect:

Listing your service areas helps let customers know where you’ll go to visit or deliver to them.

  • A business that visits or delivers to customers, but doesn’t serve customers at its business address (e.g. a plumber or cleaning service).
  • A business that serves customers at its business address, but also visits or delivers to customers (e.g. a restaurant that also delivers food).
How do I add/edit Service Areas in Connect?

To add or edit service areas in White Pages Connect, simply navigate to the Profile page, in the Basic Data tab you will now find a ‘Service Areas’ feature below your address details.

Tip: Type in the suburb, postcode or region that you service and select from the available service areas, remember to click ‘Save’.

Note: Service Areas added in White Pages Connect will only publish for verified and connected Google My Business locations.

How many Service Areas can I add?

A maximum of twenty (20) service areas can be added to each GMB location, the service area feature is designed for businesses who visit or deliver to local customers.

Your service areas should be local and relevant to the areas your business regularly services.

Will Connect migrate my existing service areas from Google My Business?
