Accessing Connect

How do I access White Pages Connect?

Activate and create your White Pages account 

To access White Pages Connect, you will need to activate your White Pages self-service account by following the instructions below:

  1. You will receive an Account Activation email after your White Pages Connect purchase. We’ll send this to the email address you provided us when you purchased the product.
    Note: If you haven’t received this, click here for more information.
  2. In the email, click on ‘Activate’. You’ll be taken to White Pages’ self-service website to set up your account.
  3. Now create and confirm your password.
  4. Select a secret question and provide the answer.
  5. Tick the check box once you have read and understood our terms and conditions. Then press Activate.
  6. You’ll be taken to the home page of your account where you can check the status of White Pages Connect to see if it’s ready.
  7. Once you’ve activated your White Pages account, it can take up to an hour for White Pages Connect to display on the home page. When it’s ready, the progress bar will disappear and you’ll see a purple tile named Connect. Click on the ‘Update now’ button to begin using White Pages Connect. If the tile hasn’t appeared after this time, please try again a little later.

Once logged into your White Pages self-service account, you can:

View your listing on the White Pages website by clicking the ‘View my listing’ button.

Once I activate Self-Service, how do I log in?

When you have successfully registered for Self-Service, you will automatically be logged in. To login at another time, please visit whitepages.com.au to log in again.

Note: Please do not try and use the activation link that was originally sent to you as this will now be invalid and can be deleted.

How long do I have to wait to access White Pages Connect after I register for Self-Service?

It takes approximately 60 minutes from your initial Self-Service registration to provision your White Pages Connect access. If you click on ‘Update Now’ before provisioning has been completed, an ‘Authentication Failed’ error message will be displayed. Please return after 60 minutes.

What does 'Order Confirmed' mean?

Your White Pages Connect order is being setup. As this can take up to 48 hours to complete, please check back later.

If it has been longer than 48 hours, please call 1800 810 211.
